Palm Sunday Walk for Justice and Freedom for Refugees 2022
This Palm Sunday, join us across the country as we rally together for justice and freedom for refugees!
If you can’t make it in person, consider attending the online forum ‘Fair Go for Refugees: Australia can do better’ held by the Australian Refugee Action Network next Wednesday 6th April at 7:00pm. Speakers include Craig Foster, Shabnam Safa, Asher Hirsch, Dr Claire Loughnan and Abbas Nazari. You can register via Zoom and see more information on their Facebook event page.
Meet the CAPSA community at the Walk for Justice and Freedom for Refugees in Melbourne! If you would like to meet together with members and supporters of CAPSA prior to the walk, we will be meeting prior to the walk at 1:00pm at the Treasury Gardens (specifically the north-west Spring Street corner, near Treasury Place – see coordinates here). Note that we will have limited signs and placards available, so please encourage your community to get creative with their sign-making!
