Volunteer positions with CAPSA

CAPSA is advertising for two volunteering roles for a Media Volunteer  and an Event Planning and Engagement Volunteer.

We are seeking a passionate Media Volunteer  to join the CAPSA team and help us promote the amazing stories happening within our communities. There are many positive stories from people who value a humane treatment of people seeking asylum that often go unnoticed. Most of those stories occur at schools, parishes and Catholic organisations and they need to be shared to inspire everyone. 

Our second role is for a dynamic Event Planning and Engagement Volunteer to support the CAPSA team in the organisation of public events and advocacy. This is an exciting opportunity to work on events like the Walk for Justice for Refugees –Palm Sunday or our National Week of Prayer and Action to be held during Refugee Week 16-23 June!
